By using this website, placing an order or purchasing any MR MIX HQ products, memberships or launch experiences, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Please give them a read. We know, nobody actually enjoys Terms & Conditions… but unlike warm vodka and flat Coke, they are unfortunately necessary.

1. ABOUT US

MR MIX HQ LTD is a hospitality and entertainment business currently in development, based in Consett, County Durham.

Our website, products and Founder offerings are designed to support the launch and future operation of MR MIX HQ Cocktail Bar & Events Venue.

2. PRODUCTS & SERVICES

Products currently sold may include:

• VIP Founder Cards

• Launch event tickets

• Supporter packages

• Merchandise

• Event experiences

• Future bookings

Some products relate to a venue currently in development and may involve estimated launch dates or future redemption periods.

3. LAUNCH DATES & DEVELOPMENT

MR MIX HQ is currently progressing through planning, licensing, lease and development stages.

Any proposed launch dates, opening dates or timelines are estimates only and may change due to:

• planning approval

• licensing

• construction works

• supplier delays

• legal matters

• the general chaos of hospitality fit-outs 😭

We will always communicate major updates honestly and clearly.

4. CUSTOMER CONDUCT

We want MR MIX HQ to be:

• welcoming,

• fun,

• inclusive,

• slightly chaotic in the best possible way.

We do not tolerate abusive, threatening, discriminatory or aggressive behaviour towards staff, customers or partners.

Any misuse of Founder benefits, abuse of staff or fraudulent activity may result in cancellation of membership, bookings or benefits without refund.

Don’t be that person.

5. WEBSITE CONTENT

All branding, logos, graphics, content and promotional material remain the property of MR MIX HQ LTD unless otherwise stated.

Please don’t steal our stuff. We worked hard on the neon.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

MR MIX HQ LTD will not be liable for:

• indirect losses,

• technical website issues,

• delays outside our control,

• supplier interruptions,

• acts of God,

• or Mercury being in retrograde.

Nothing within these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

7. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms & Conditions occasionally as the business develops.

The latest version will always appear on the website.

MR MIX HQ – VIP FOUNDERS CARD TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to the Founders Circle 🍸✨

By purchasing a MR MIX HQ VIP Founders Card, you agree to the following terms.

1. GENERAL

VIP Founders Cards are limited edition supporter memberships designed to help support the launch of MR MIX HQ.

Only 30 cards will ever be issued.

Once sold out, no additional Founder Cards will be created.

2. MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS

Founder benefits currently include:

• 1 complimentary Bottomless Brunch per calendar year for 4 years

• Friends & Family Launch Event access

• 20% off drinks

• 20% off food

• 10% off private hire/event bookings

• priority booking access

• exclusive updates and offers

Benefits may evolve slightly as the business develops, but the overall value and intention of the membership will remain.

3. BOTTOMLESS BRUNCH OFFER

The complimentary brunch offer:

• is valid for the named cardholder only

• is limited to one brunch booking per calendar year

• cannot be exchanged for cash

• cannot be transferred

• must be pre-booked

• is subject to availability

Special events or premium brunch experiences may occasionally be excluded.

Please don’t attempt to turn one free brunch into a 14 person hen party booking 😭

4. LAUNCH EVENT ACCESS

Launch event dates remain subject to:

• venue completion

• licensing approval

• operational readiness

We promise we are trying our best to get the doors open without physically living off espresso martinis and stress.

5. REFUNDS

Founder Cards are non-refundable except in the event MR MIX HQ does not proceed to open.

If the venue project is formally cancelled before launch, cardholders will receive a refund of their original purchase amount.

6. LOST OR DAMAGED CARDS

Replacement cards may incur an admin/replacement charge.

Because apparently putting important things in “that safe place” never works.

7. MISUSE

MR MIX HQ reserves the right to cancel Founder memberships without refund in cases of:

• abusive behaviour

• fraudulent use

• sharing discounts improperly

• threatening staff

• or generally acting like a Facebook comments section in human form

8. FINAL DECISIONS

All operational decisions relating to Founder benefits remain at the discretion of MR MIX HQ LTD.

We’ll always aim to be fair, transparent and reasonable.

We always aim to be fair and transparent with our customers.

EVENT TICKETS

Event tickets are generally non-refundable unless:

• the event is cancelled by us

• the event is significantly changed

• required under UK consumer law

FOUNDER PRODUCTS

Founder products and supporter packages are non-refundable except where:

• the venue project does not proceed

• required under UK consumer law

MERCHANDISE

Damaged or faulty items should be reported within 14 days of delivery/collection.

PRIVACY POLICY

MR MIX HQ LTD respects your privacy.

We only collect information necessary for:

• processing orders

• managing memberships

• customer communication

• marketing updates where consent is provided

Information may include:

• name

• email address

• billing details

• booking information

We do not sell customer data to third parties.

Ever.

Because creepy data-selling energy is not the vibe.

MARKETING

If you join our mailing list, we may occasionally send:

• launch updates

• event announcements

• offers

• cocktails you’ll probably end up craving at 11pm 😭

You can unsubscribe at any time.

PAYMENT SECURITY

Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers including SumUp.

MR MIX HQ LTD does not store full payment card details.
